Nancy Fitzgerald, President

Mrs. Fitzgerald holds a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. She possesses eighteen (18) years experience in Design, Project Management, and Construction Management. Nancy is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers and is a Certified Six Sigma GreenBelt. She is President of St. Martin's in the Field School and resides in Severna Park with her husband Kevin and three boys.

Kevin E. Fitzgerald, PE, VP Technologies

Mr. Fitzgerald holds a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Kansas. He possesses over eighteen (18) years of Project, Construction, and Facilities Management and is a Certified Professional Engineer as well as Certified Professional Project Manager. Kevin is also an ISA Certified Calibrations Technician.

Chris A. Izydore, VP Sales & Marketing

Mr. Izydore is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for CFM Engineering. Chris holds a BS Degree in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and possesses over eighteen (18) years of Sales, Engineering, and Project Management experience. Chris is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt specializing in Utilities and Energy Programs. Chris resides in Woodstock, MD with his wife Melissa and their children Elizabeth and Abigail.

Barry Barker, Director of Safety, Health, and Quality Programs

Mr. Barker is Director of Safety, Health, and Quality Programs for CFM Engineering. Barry holds an MS Degree in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BS Degree in Microbiology from the University of Maryland. Barry has 35 years of domestic and international experience in Engineering, Project Management, and Economic and Financial Analysis. Barry is a Six Sigma Greenbelt and has won two corporate awards for Innovative Technology.

Paula Constantino, Director of Risk Management

Ms. Constantino oversees Coordination of Environmental, Health and Safety for CFM Engineering. Paula, an attorney by profession, is admitted to practice law in Maryland and New York, having obtained her JD from Hofstra University School of Law and her BS in Business Administration from Empire State College. Paula resides in Ellicott City, MD with her family.

Timothy Stufft, PE, Senior Project/Construction Manager

Mr. Stufft holds a BS Degree in Engineering and is a Certified Professional Engineer. Tim possesses over eight (8) years Design, Facilities, Project and Construction Management services experience. Tim resides in Silver Spring, MD with his wife and two children.

Ruth Heffes, Senior Project/Construction Manager

Mrs. Heffes holds a BS Degree in Engineering from Lehigh University and has over ten (10) years of Project, Facilities, and Construction experience. Ruth is a Six Sigma Green Belt and additional accomplishments include numerous patent applications. Ruth resides in Millersville, MD with her husband Marc and their children Eliana and Benjamin.

Edward Yakuchev, Senior Project Manager

Mr. Yakuchev holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Temple University. Experience includes thirty (30) years of service with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Ed has managed federally owned water treatment facilities and possesses design/project management experience of USEPA hazardous waste removal actions and remediation projects and design/project management of military construction projects. Ed resides in Catonsville, MD.

Dennis Weidner, Renovations/Construction Manager

Mr. Weidner has oversight and responsibility for CFM Engineering On-Site Renovations and Construction Services Division. Dennis possesses over sixteen (16) years of Renovations and Construction experience in both the Commercial market segment as well as private market segment. Dennis is fully qualified in all aspects of construction services, both exterior and interior restorations. Dennis and his wife Ann and family reside in Westminster, MD.

Bill Booth, Lead Construction Manager

Mr. Booth is a Lead Construction Manager for CFM Engineering Renovations and Construction Services Division. Bill possesses over thirty (30) years of Renovations and Construction experience in both the Federal/State Government sectors as well as the Private Industry market. Bill is fully qualified in all aspects of construction and estimating services, both exterior and interior restorations. Bill and his family reside in Edgewater, MD.

Brian LaHatte, Senior Construction Manager

Mr.LaHatte is a Senior Construction Manager for CFM Engineering, Inc. Brian posesses over thirty (30) years Construction and Renovations experience, and previously owned and managed his own licensed construction business in the State of Maryland. Brian is retired senior officer from the Baltimore City Fire Department where he supervised personnel and facilities and managed emergency incidents. Brian and his wife Darlene reside in Hanover,Pa.

Julie M. Emmons, Office & Contracts Manager

Mrs. Emmons is the Office Manager and Contracts Administrator for CFM Engineering. Julie possesses over fifteen (15) years experience in office management as well as many other administrative areas. Julie resides in Easton, MD with her husband Chuck and beautiful daughter Savanna along with many many pets.
